“With Our 4th installment, Cutthroat MMA presents   the Supremacy Pro/am series.  On Sept 16th, in the lovely Cedar   Lake Indiana, MMA fans can expect a spectacular night of action.

 

On the card:

Danny Gilbert vs Josh Lee

Danny is coming off a 2 year layoff. His last win was at DC’s back in   October of ’09. The layoff was not be choice, as he was book 2 times   previously with other promotions and his matches fell through. Danny is the   owner and coach at the famed Gilbert Grappling in Country Club Hills IL. G2   has produced more ZUFFA employed fighters than anyone else in the   Mid-west. This is a much anticipate bout for the wrestler.

Josh Lee on the other hand, makes his return to the SUPREMACY stage. Josh   is a veteran, who possesses all the tools to get to the top.

This fight will be a war.

 

3 former Cut Throat MMA champions step up to the PRO stage.

Former 205 Champion Bill Johnson makes his debut against the   very tough Jermaine Thornton. Johnson trains at Torres Martial Arts in   Hammond.

Team Colon has produce more Cut Throat champions than any other gym on   the roster.It is a honor to have two of them on the card looking to see if   they have what it takes to take it to the next level.

Former 135 Champion Mike Welsh of Team Colon steps up to wage war against   Hackney’s Combat student Jeff Lavalle.

Former 170 Champion Ryan Storey of Team Colon also makes his Pro debut.   Ryan had a decorated amateur career.Before he made the decision to   turn Pro, Ryan avenged ALL his amateur losses.   An amazing accomplishment.

 

The bout with the “Fight of the night potential” is:

Scott Sands (Elite Performance) vs Curtis Bailey

Sands had the call from Bellator after his win over Ben Koff at SUPREMACY   2. The prospect broke his hand in training, causing a set back to the 170   pounder.  Now Sands has his sights set to make the national spotlight.   The only thing in his way is the dangerous striker Curtis Bailey. Curtis has   been to the dance before and will definitely give Sands a run for his   money.

 

Tony Wisneiwski of Duneland Vale Tudo  will be squaring   up against Rob Hendee. Tony trains under UFC fighter and Supremacy 2   winner Keith Wisneiwski.

 

Amateur side:

Former Number 1 contender Chad Fredericksen battles the always exciting   John Mitsis.

Team Mann’s Chuck Oleana will take on   HIT Kickboxing’s  Justin Ploof.

Dave Longoria will take on TJ Nestor. Both fighters have their sights set   at JJ Gilmer.

Looking to make a decisive win Jorge Gonzales takes on Tom Grimes. Both   met to a draw in the past and want to get back into the contention mix in   the featherweight division.

New comers Rueben Vargas takes on Sam Basler.
