Professor Helio Soneca, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, Pan American Champion, and Mundials World Champion will be conducting a four hour seminar at Valko BJJ in Chicago on Sunday, September 5th from 11am-3pm.
The seminar will consist of two hours of gi instruction and two hours of no-gi techniques. The cost of the seminar is $50, and is open to the public.
