Main event featured Scott Sands vs Leonard Simpson.  Sands with a 3-0 record took on Leonard Simpson at 3-2.  Fighters squared off with punches exchanged, Sands more of the agressor.  After several unsuccessful takedown attempts by Leonard Simpson, Scott’s choice to keep the fight on the feet was in his favor, as he landed several knees, causing Simpson to turn away and run to avoid further punishment, as he was slightly limp on his feet after being rocked.  Seeing that he was out on his feet, Simpson’s corner threw in the towel to end the fight.  A kind of strange ending, the towel was thrown after another knee attempt done by Sands as he slipped.  Sands saw that the towel was thrown, and got up to walk away.  Despite the ref and Sands knowing the fight was finished, Simpson snapped out from his dizziness and did not know he was out, where he ran at Sands and did an acrobatic front flip drop kick, but missed, and was notified the fight has been finished.

The co-main event featured one of the two no contests of the nights, where Donnell Etienne faced off against George Allen.  Fighters went back and forth with takedowns and positioning, where in the second round, an accidental headbutt caused a cut to open above Donnell’s eye, forcing the doctor to stop the fight and rule it a No Contest.

A much anticipated fight among 2-0 “Famous” Alfonso Bray and Bulldog Fight Team’s Skyler “The Paperboy” Holderman fell short.  It was said to be fight of the night, where two fighters have been matched up for several months, waiting for this fight to happen.  Getting to know about each other for several months ahead, the fighters did something not many opponents do before a fight, they went out for dinner after weigh ins.  Despite the long awaited anticipation, the fighters touched gloves, as Alfonso Bray delivered a body kick that turned into an accidental low blow, causing Holderman unable to continue.  It was a very hard shot that would put down anyone, however an even more anticipated rematch will take place at the next C3 on August 28th.

Main event fight video coming soon.
